We have evaluated scores of green features and brought you some of the best, that WILL make you stand out. Some highlights of the standard green features offered are:
Structurally Insulated Panels (SIPs) for the exterior walls. SIPs will deliver unparalleled insulating values--which can help with energy costs.- No-VOC paint. Breath easy, your home and family will be much healthier with paint that does not contain any volatile organic compounds.
- Recycled Content Plaster Board. Up to 6100 feet of wall board is used in the construction of a new 2000 sq. ft. home. Using Recycled Content Plaster board adds to a sustainable environment by reducing waste.
- Energy Saving Light Bulbs. As an Energy Star Rated Home, each house will be equiped with compact fluorescents bulbs. Each bulb saves up to $30 or more over the life of a bulb, that is something you can take to the bank!
